Excellent service by Qlect Juicer Supplier in person
The juicer stopped working after few days. Requested help from Amazon care but they expressed their inability as the product had no insurance. The special grievance team suggested for contacting vendor. For vendor number the grievance team asked to find from Google search. Somehow we got the vendor number and contacted. The gentleman was so courteous at the Juicer vendor phone number. He asked us to send a video of what happened with the juicer. Next day we receive a message that your new juicer will be sent within a week. We requested the gentleman on 6th July and the juicer reached home thru IndiaPost on 15th July26. So thankful of the gesture. The blender is working fine and we are enjoying juices anytime. Qlect service by the supplier was superb. However we were very disappointed with the rude and arrogant behaviour of Amazon special grievance team lady communicating with us. Never expected Amazon person to be so indifferent. Just expressed our feeling.

Perfect for daily use easy, quick & worth it..!
I have been using this for 2 weeks now and I'm genuinely impressed. It's super easy to use,and it's a portable also has a great battery life,not too noisy, and the juice comes out really smooth with almost no pulp waste. Cleaning is quick too which was my main worry. Makes my morning routine so much faster. Totally worth the money.

I'm very disappointed with this product. The safety lock doesn't work at all. The blender is continuously showing red color only. My 3 hr time and food also got wasted. I want refund. Worset experience .

The blender delivers what it promises.It offers portability, rechargeability, and easy to use for beginners.This is for people who do not possess the need for heavy kitchen juicers and mixers.I use it for chutni (Indian food), juice and other lightweight assistance for my recipes.I have not tried it with nuts or anything like that because it's mentioned that this cannot be used there. Also I have not tried for mixing powders but I think it'll easily work.Also the price point at which this comes is very lucrative you should definitely try it.

Please don’t buy, it’s waste of money and time
Don’t buy, it stops working in 2 months of use! Plus they mention 2 years of warranty and when you contact the seller, he says it’s Amazon’s responsibility and Amazon doesn’t accept defective product after 10 days from delivery. Better to put extra money and buy a branded product.
