Meant to Lower Blood Pressure
This is a good tincture which is meant to be potent and better than taking the teas or tablets. In its pure form. I take a teaspoon a day in a cup of water to help lower blood pressure. That's what it's supposed to do, but need to be consistent and take for at 3 months straight.

Pleasant tas
I tried this instead of the capsule with the garlic. The capsule gave me gas. There was no after taste. However, it would be easier to have 20 or 40 drops written on the glass.

A little disappointed it comes in a plastic bottle
I have just starting taking the Hawthorne tincture. I am pleased to find a non alcohol based one. My BP seems to have regulated after taking this and an additional Hawthorn berry supplement. The only downside of the product is the plastic bottle. I assumed it was a glass bottle from the ad.

Cat is ok with the taste
Got this for my hyperthyroid cat to support her heart. Easy to mix with wet food and my normally picky cat is ok with the smell and taste.

How often to take it and how long before it works.several months.
Strengthens the heart and when first taken it, ten drops three times a day for first two weeks, then just once a day. Will take several months to work. Can be taken with other herbs in a little water.
