To all the reviews that say it transfers: YOU HAVE TO LET IT DRY. After it dries, it will NOT transfer unless it is made wet. This product worked extremely well on my black hair. Yes, you have to be generous with it to get a vibrant color, but it ends up working out REALLY well. I bought two pots, one for each weekend of The SpongeBob Musical (4 shows per weekend). I also used some during our dress rehearsals. It is now post-first weekend and I still have a bit left in the first pot, and I have THICK hair. It washes out almost immediately. Definitely get this stuff!

Great product. Vivid color! Used in my beard for St. Pats day. Put it on at 7 am. Didn't take off until 11 pm. Easily washed out with no tinting of my beard. Using again next year.

Make sure you do this for an extreme Halloween costume makeover. Because for what I used it for it was great and Look really good, and smelled good but it was messy for having it for 2 hours. I have long curly hair, so it was easy to apply it with Damped hair let it dry on it own or blow dry it than dry hair in my opinion. It does have residue so don't touch hair and it will get on clothes be aware of that. Good thing it is washable. The one jar was sharable and depending how much you want on. It was fun last minute Halloween hair color easy to wash it off your hair. Sadly I don't think I will buy this again 😕.

I love there product but sad that the green I ordered for Christmas didn’t come in. Instead I have some white color. Other than that love the wax dyes.

I have used several colors of this, it is bright enough to make a statement. It is definitely a wax, you aren't going to gte a natural look, but the bonus is that it seems to be some sort of deep conditioner, my hair always feels amazing when I wash it out.

The color is completely off! The product made my hair sticky and rough. It takes a good amount( half the container)of product to achieve a decent color. The color rubs off easily so beware. The only positive is that it washes out easy.

I have long dark, curly hair. I applied it once without getting my hair wet and the green was very noticeable, but blotchy and made my hair super frizzy. The second time I followed directions and made sure my hair was wet. Once it dries, your hair is insanely crunchy, but once I scrunched it a little, my curls were soft and bouncy, however the color did not show very much. I used a lot of product before it dried and after and it just refused to be noticeable unless you put a flashlight on it. The color has a lot of gold tones in it and that’s pretty much what it looked like without a flashlight. Also, over the course of a few hours, whatever color I had, rubbed off onto my shirt. It’s super easy to get off hands and hair though with just water. This would be a great product for shorter, lighter hair.

Used it on my goatee for st. Patrick's day. Worked, amazingly. Applied the night before, washed off any excess and reapplied in areas that needed it. Looked bright green and amazing for the day and then it easily washed off with soap and water the next day
