Has it helped anyone with athlete’s foot?

Athlete's foot is a fungus and this is better for bacteria.  It will eventually be effective enough at clearing up many common active fungal infections but it would be best to get some antifungal cream and/or use a sulfur based soap to kill more species of fungi and faster.  Depending on strength of what you buy and variables causing your infection a fungal specific product may eliminate all visible signs after the first day.  You should continue to treat a few more times after you no longer see the rash or according to package directions.

Preventative measures are also needed if it's not a one time situation.  Keep your feet dry, use footwear on constantly wet surfaces that others walk on, and change socks and even shoes frequently if sweaty or damp.  If your shoes frequently get damp then get an antifungal spray or powder for your shoes to prevent them maintaining their own fungal colony that will reinfect your feet.  Dry, clean skin rarely supports most fungus you usually encounter without a related health condition.  It thrives with dampness and lack of airflow so skin or surfaces that are wiped clear of debris, exposed to air frequently enough, and kept as dry as much as possible will reduce the population.  Sometimes that is effective enough you don't need medications to kill it but at minimum it will get rid of it much faster and reduce the odds of establishing a fungal infection in the first place.

I just travelled to Costa Rica. Now you can only take 3oz or less in your carry on. I packed my 4oz bottle of this in my checked bag with no issues.

How many washes (entire body) is the 4 ounce bottle good for?

When I had to use it I put some in a foaming bottle with a fourth or more Hibiclens and the rest water. It lasted pretty long for 3 of us to get more than a few washes from 1 bottle. I also mixed some into my regular body wash.
