No need for sleeping pills (drugs) anymore!!
These have been a game-changer!! Let two dissolve UNDER THE TONGUE every night and get the sleep you have been missing! Who knew that a simple amino acid could be so powerful to allow you to sleep, and calm the brain so you can get BACK to sleep after getting up to use the bathroom! I used to take drugs to sleep 7-8 hours. No longer need them! I have these on auto-ship!

A Favorite Sleep Aid
Along with the other well known benefits of L-theanine, this microlingual helps me sleep. The one objection I have to purchasing it on Amazon is the large FNSKU sticker placed on the box. This happens with other supplements I have bought on Amazon as well. And they are stuck fast so that removing them, removes the information under it.

Does it do what it says? I dunno. Does it taste good? Yes. Does it dissolve easily? Again I dunno, because if it doesn't melt away in two seconds I start chewing `em. I don't eat Jolly Ranchers or jawbreakers for the that same reason. These might melt in three seconds and absorb a half second later, but who has that kind of time, amIrite?!?!?!? I am fond of this brand in general and use their Iron and b vitamin supplements as well.

Slow dissolve, tastes ok, not great, not awful. Works and no side effects, sweetened with stevia stable shelf life. Solid brand that works. As for the L th. I found it to work by giving me a quicker return to sleep and Fitbit says deeper sleep. I can tell a difference.
