Outrageous. Certifiable giant killers.
RTINGS needs to get a review of these up ASAP, because I guarantee they will measure and score ridiculously well. They are one of very few sub-$100 headphones I've tried that require zero EQ to achieve genuinely balanced and accurate sound. Granted, they are not perfect. The mid to high bass is a tad overemphasized, and the high midrange is somewhat distant, making the treble sound slightly overstimulating in comparison. But without a discerning ear, none of these traits stand out negatively whatsoever. And even a seasoned audiophile will admit these are listenable, possibly even pleasant characteristics. For reference, my main desktop headphones are the Samson SR850, another fantastic budget option, and while their sound signature is naturally lively and fun, I can't bear to use them without major EQ for more than ~20 minutes. The treble in particular is pretty disastrous in terms of harshness and fatigue, so I use a tailored AutoEQ preset that brings their response to near ruler flat. The Maono MH700, on the other hand, needs NONE of this to sound fantastic. It's honestly kind of baffling that they managed to pull this off for $40, especially considering the complete lack of compromise elsewhere. For example, the build quality is utterly fantastic. They feel solid and premium in the hand, and the earcups fully articulate to fold up tightly for storage. I'm shocked at how soft and comfortable the earpads are, and how well they mold to the ear. My only gripe with the fit is that the very top of the headband does press against my head, but this is cherry picking and does not lead to any significant discomfort long-term. Oh, and the detachable cables / ports! There's two jacks, one on each side of the headphones, and one for each type of port (3.5mm & 6mm). Two included cables - one is coiled and both are soft-touch and excellent quality. Also there's a nice, very portable carrying bag.Good grief! I sure wish these were available back when I was in high school. I spent much more on much, much worse headphones, most of which ended up in the garbage. These are an absolute no-brainer for a huge swath of consumers, and are more than adequate for modest audio engineers, DJs, and the like. Three thumbs up!

Decent headphones
Great value for the money, they provide good sound quality for less money. Very durable and adjustable but they are made a little big. It comes with 2 short cables a straight 3.5mm to 3.5mm and a 6.35mm to 3.5mm which is coiled. The headband could be better.

Performance and comfort in a affordable package.
Nice and comfortable. Not too gripping for my head so it feels comfortable to wear for extended hours. I use it for gaming and it has a great soundstage and good noise isolation. Would definitely recommend especially if you are going to use this with an audio mixer setup. For the money you canโt go wrong with this in my opinion.

Good budget choice!
Very standard over-ear headphones in terms of sound quality, you get what you pay for.The cables it comes with are a tad annoying, but they're very thick and durable.Comfort is great, it's not too tight even on my big head. Build quality is superb.
