Really truly works!
This saved my nails. A few years ago I decided I had had it with my brittle, flaky, easily chipped and weak nails. This was all age related (I'm 55) because I have never used gel, I moisturized my nails, took great care of them, and they looked pretty good until my mid 40's. So a few years ago I decided to double down, and stopped using all nail polish and just used a special nail oil for A YEAR. Nope, no change. Then my daughter told me about Dr Dana. After a few weeks of this product my nails stopped peeling, chipping etc. They still weren't able to get long without getting damaged, but it was a huge improvement. I then added in ISDIN SI-NAILS which I apply several times a day and then apply a coat of Dr Dana on top to seal in the moisture and that combo is MAGICAL. My nails are growing and so so healthy. Highly recommend if you are willing to spend the $ and apply maniacally several times a day whenever my nails seem dry...I have several around so that they are always easily accessible. I'm sure I am going overboard and will lessen the number of times a day I do it at some point, but right now it's so satisfying and they also look great and shiny and healthy when I apply both products. My nails haven't looked this good in 20 years! :)

Nourishing, Not Greasy and Oily
I have extremely dry cuticles and this is the only treatment/oil I've found to nourish rather than dry them. All the other oils have felt great when you apply them, but then 30 minutes later my cuticles would be drier than before. It's great for sales of the oil, but not for me or my dry cuticles. This goes on like a smooth gel, almost a cross between an oil and a lotion, and rather quickly absorbs into your cuticles and nails, leaving them looking and feeling hydrated. It's help me to strengthen my weak, brittle nails after years of abuse under artificial nails, dip, and gel polish.

Good formula that adds shine and moisture to nails/surrounding skin. Applicator is ok
The formula of this product is hard to describe. It is a gel-like consistency but behaves a little like an oil. It dries slightly tacky at first and leaves behind a shiny, smooth nail and nourished-feeling cuticles. It is hard to believe there is a single formula that could smooth the nails and moisturize the skin, but this product accomplishes it. Overall, I very much like the formula. It does have a slightly odd smell. I do find the applicator to be a bit lacking. The gel comes in a small squeeze tube with a brush on the end. It is easy to squeeze out way too much product and end up with a mess. I feel it's best to apply this in thin layers since it does eventually set and go from a gel/fluid to a smooth, dry surface but it's hard to get that thin layer with this applicator. A traditional nail polish-type bottle may have been a better option.

It works fast
My nails improved immediately after the first use. Not sure how it does it but strengthened considerably.

Goes rancid smelling in a month
I've been using this product with great success, until this week. I don't live in a warm or hot climate, but the ointment/gel has developed a rancid odor. I'm putitng in a contact to the company. I readhed the 30-day limit so can not return it to Amazon. (I have saved a copy of this in case Amazon deleted it.)
