Perfect size for small spaces and home gyms
I bought this 24‑inch Fire TV for my basement workout area, and it has been perfect. The size fits comfortably on a small table, and the picture quality is bright and clear — great for YouTube workout videos and streaming apps. Because it’s a Fire TV, everything is built in, so I didn’t need any extra equipment or cables. The setup was quick and easy, and I was streaming within minutes. The sound is solid for a smaller TV, and the interface is simple to navigate. The price was great, especially for the quality you get, and I’m very happy with this purchase. If you need a compact TV for a bedroom, office, or workout space, this one is a great choice. It’s lightweight, easy to move, and works exactly the way I hoped it would.

Excellent Value.
I have really enjoyed this TV. It is a great size for my bedroom, it has a nice picture, clear and dimensional. It is also very light so fits well on my stand. It streams Netflix and other apps. Very very happy with this product. Great 👍 value

Two TVs delivered - both defective!!!
Two TVs delivered - both defective!!! Be warned. First, don't purchase from a Third-Party Seller. Mine was Best Buy. They will not replace/refund outside of a 30 day window. These were Christmas presents ordered on November 27, 2026, so our 30 days was up before we even plugged them in for the first time. Both of the TVs began demonstrating defects within two weeks of using them. On one, it will occasionally stop producing sound and it requires a hard reset (power off doesn't work - you have to navigate through the system menu and tell the TV to do a hard reset) before the audio will work again. The other is worse. It will randomly stop playing video (screen goes to full block static) and it will blare a loud pulsing tone at full volume through the speakers. The only way to make the sound stop is to jump up, run over to the TV and unplug it from the wall. It's going to give me a heart attack eventually. This started as something that happened every two or three days, but it has happened for the last 5 days in a row. Neither TV is used frequently. These problems manifest after only 30 minutes or so of use. I have performed factory resets on both TVs, but the problems persist. Both TVs are defective. Given that these were purchased as Christmas presents, they were not immediately put into use, therefore we were unable to discover the issues right away. When we did discover the issues, I took a few days to try to solve the problem on my end by experimenting with factory resets and settings changes. Once I completed the troubleshooting steps and initiated return/replacement options on Amazon, I learned that this was actually sold by a third-party seller (Best Buy) while I had been under the impression that I had purchased this "Amazon Fire TV" from the Amazon website from Amazon. Best Buy apparently only provides a 30 day return/refund window according to its customer service department, so they told me to take this up with the manufacturer Insignia. I shop at Amazon because of convenience and because I've seen how well they handle returns. Had I realized that I was purchasing from a third-party seller, I likely would have purchased something else. It's likely that Best Buy sold thousands of these defective TVs (I can't be so unlucky that I got the only two bad ones). Best Buy sold these prior to Christmas, likely knowing good and well that most people wouldn't even plug them in for the first time until the 30-day service window had already passed. What a great deal for Best Buy. It sold a defective product with Amazon branding through Amazon's website to Amazon's customers, and it takes no responsibility for the defect. Once I exhausted my options through Best Buy, Amazon said that they will try to resolve this with their "A to Z Guarantee." I'll update this review if anything changes. Regardless, DO NOT BUY THIS TV!

40" Insignia TV
Very pleased with this TV. It's ready to set up and even easier to program, and you only need one remote to operate. The picture is sharp and clear and the color is perfect. Great TV for the price.

Great bargain TV
I've had this to be a few months and it's been great. No problems at all. It hooked automatically to my DVD player, which was nice and trouble free. It has a great picture and it's clear and bright. I'm enjoying it very much. It was a bargain for sure and definitely worth more than I paid for it.

Seems Dependable
This is a good TV. The picture is very good. This unit has descent sound, for the size of the speakers. I did have a 3 year older version of this Tv. It worked great, however, when you don't pick it up correctly the screen breaks. I'm not the one who picked it up by the screen. The only thing that this is used for is the camper. So when I'm not camping the set stays in a hot sealed camper. In the winter it stays in there as well, so it seems pretty good to me I bought this one on Prime Days, so I was glad to get it at a good price. Only drawback is the legs point out to the outside of the set. I have limited space. However I took a Dremel® and modified the legs so I could put them on backwards. Fits now. If you need a inexpensive set, then this is a good choice.

Don’t Let The Great Price Fool You!
Update: it’s been almost a year since I bought this tv on sale. It is in my master bedroom and honestly it surpasses my more expensive LG TV that I have in my living room. The sound and picture quality are satisfactory once I adjusted the sound and picture settings to my preferences to where I don’t feel the need to buy a soundbar like I did for the LG. Couldn’t be happier with this great purchase. I bought this tv on sale 11/25/25 when my expensive Samsung tv died. Not only was the price amazing and totally affordable, but it has more smart tv features than my Samsung. I had to fiddle around to get the most optimal picture and sound quality and when all was said and done, I was very impressed. It’s already equipped with the Sling icon so I’m going to sign up for Sling streaming tv service for local and sports channels and will be saving tons of money over my Direct tv which I can’t watch my beloved Padres because they don’t have a contract with them.
