Just so easy and delicious. Grind this bread seasoning in a dish and add olive oil. So simple and delicious. The grinder aids with longevity. Just about the most perfect blend of spices. I add this to salads and roasting veggies.

ALWAYS very happy with Alessi products. Had been purchasing at my grocery store, but they stopped carrying it. I use it in multiple recipes to add a little kick... soups, stews, chicken salad, bruschetta. MY GO TO SPICE. It's got a delicious flavor, a little pepper and some salt... definitely a value for the money because it gets used in just about everything we cook!
