Will this fit a 2003 dodge durango?

I really don't know. It will fit over most hood, trunk and door edges. I used mine to mount LED backup lights on a Nissan pickup they slid right over the bumper extension mount bars. You can use them for all kind of stuff if your cleaver.

Does the underneath the hood get scratched buy the metal plate

it can, however just put a small piece of electrical tape on the bracket and then install and it wont scratch your hood

Does it feat a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek?

I have it on my 17 outback. I’m Confident these are universal. I’ve driven a few thousand miles and off-road with these clamps holding somewhat heavy pod lights and they haven’t budged.

Will it fit a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500?

Shouldn’t have any problem, just needs a 3/16” gap between hood and body, and make sure it doesn’t hit a bumper on the underside.
