I like that the product was easy to use and the seat is quite comfortable even though I have a large butt. The only thing I didn’t like was that it will make your menstruation start and last for months at a time. Other than that I love the product.

This product works very well for my wife.

The package came fast. The product has a small dent in the front, but works great. Heat levels are good, definitely recommend no higher than 3. Now I didn’t receive the bag for the herbs in my kit. Which I’m reaching out to the company about. Outside of that the height is good and it is sturdy. No issues with operating it or understanding the instructions, it was easy to clean also.

OMG!! I was sooo excited when it came today. Unwrapped it. Took it in my bathroom to prepare to use it, followed all the instructions turned it on, or attempted to, and it doesn't work!! It won't turn on. I've plugged it in a zillion outlets now in my house and the thing doesn't want to turn on. I've held the power button 3 seconds like it says. I've waited hours to try again. And nothing. Guess it will be going back tomorrow. Waste of my time and energy. And I hate that because I was really looking forward to it.
