I take this d3k2 tablets from 20 days and now body pain gone. Before I was having joint pain and tiredness full day, now I feel strong and also sleep properly. One tablet easy to take after lunch. Brand is good quality also. Go for it.

I have used Vruksha vitamin D3 for a long time since it felt and looked like a genuine and good product. This time it is COMPLETELY different. It is like any cheap vitamin D3 and has very hard grains in it, hard as sand. I will never buy this again. It lists cholecalciferol as vitamin D3. This is the standard cheap version of D3. Usually it is derived from lanolin, a fat that is found in the skin of sheep. The product does not specify where the cholecalciferol came from. but it is definitely not plant based as the label suggests.
