Seagate ST3500630A 500GB 7200 RPM IDE HDD

It performed as expected, as always with Seagate reliability. It was purchased to replace a hard drive in an existing older PC, and very likely is the last IDE hard drive I will purchase. I expect all future purchases will be SATA as used in newer PC's, and reminiscent of the better performance of SCSI.

Works exactly as expected, arrived fast and is a perfect compliment to my original xbox. Please note if you are buying this for a xbox and you don't know what cfw is yout will not be pleased. And that is your fault not the vendor.

I install 5 to 10 Hard drives a week for my customers. If they fail, my customer has a problem, and that means I have a problem! I use Seagate exclusively, because when installed properly, the failure rate is so rare, I have no problems. I did have one fail a couple of years ago and Seagate replaced it immediately!

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. The cloning program, downloadable from Seagate website, was easy to use and worked great.

The drive has performed as expected. The vendor was "spot on"! Would recommend to anyone.Sometimes less is more, like having to be wordy to meet the requirements of this policy.
