Dried out, wouldn’t even stick on my nose!

These do help open my nostrils to allow me to breathe better. They are a bit uncomfortable for me, as the plastic in the middle section extends to the end of the fabric. They are a bit hard on my skin. I've adjusted the angle I wear them at so I can use them without discomfort. Its not the Iintended way to wear them, but it allows me to use them for their functionality. The adhesive is pretty strong. As long as your face isn't excessively oily, or you wipe it prior to attaching it should remain on throughout the night. These are easy to use, a great value, help improve sleep quality, and work effectively.

I have a deviated septum so my whole life I have ended up breathing through my mouth during the night and by morning my mouth is all dried out. Plus I often snore! These nasal strips do a fantastic job of opening up both sides of my nose. I am sleeping much better, and I'm breathing almost exclusively through my nose instead of my mouth. I have an app on my phone that records snoring during the night and I have had very little snoring since using these. I am more rested in the morning and my mouth isn't dry! My sleep app tells me I'm getting better quality rest, too. Of the two products I tried this one is the more economical. When purchased in the 120 pack, the cost per unit is currently 18 cents - far more reasonable than the 33 cents of the other product I tried. I am enjoying all the benefits promised on the product package so I give this five stars!

My son gave these a try and said that they did seem to help some, however not enough in his case to use them again. Overall though the quality seems good and the pack is plentaful with 30 of them. I will keep these around for when needed and would recommend them to anyone needing them for the purpose they serve etc.

This is a very great tool for people who doesn’t sleep well and snores. If you don’t want to bother or disturb others, then this is a great nose strip to put on during bed time. It will help and reduce the snoring, and barely makes any noise. It’s very easy and comfortable when put on and it does not slip off or loosen easily. It is very breathable material that doesn’t irritate or make your skin feel uncomfortable. Best of all, it improves your sleep and makes everyone happy.

I'm giving it a 3 because for me these would be a 1 star but for my husband they would be a 3. The main thing I'd say is I wouldn't recommend them for women or man with a smaller nose. I would say I actually have a larger nose for a woman and they were still way too big for me. They went past the sides of my nose and poked me in the eyes or at best pressed into the tender area under my eyes no matter what I did to try to position them better. I finally gave up trying to wear them because they were so uncomfortable. My husband was able to wear them but said they weren't the most comfortable of these he's ever tried so he likely wouldnt order them again but they did help so he will use them until they are gone.

They do a very good job of opening your nostrils and nasal passage at night to help you breath. They are a very economical option for anyone looking for an attempt to help breath better at night and potentially help with snoring. My wife says it helps a little with my snoring, so that is a little positive. The only negative I have with these is that the adhesive isn't as strong as some of the other brands. Don't get me wrong, I get through most of the night with these attached, but even after cleaning my face, drying my face, and then placing these on my nose, one side is normally beginning to peel up around 6am or so. Other brands don't do that.
