These are beautiful, durable and truly microwavable and dishwasher safe. There was a little difficulty with shipping in the beginning, but the seller was awesome. I'm so happy with this purchase.

The first order 2 sets…. The first set was missing one of the small plates and we’re waiting to see if they can ship it out. This ordered we received came with all pieces. Very happy with the product, exactly what I was wanting!

They break so easily terrible product

I really wanted to love this dinnerware set because the overall design is beautiful and has a very clean, modern look. The white color makes it easy to match with almost any table setting, and the different pieces make it a practical set for everyday meals as well as when having guests over. However, there are a couple of things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. The biggest thing I noticed immediately was the weight. These dishes are quite heavy, especially when compared with some of the other dinnerware sets I have used. They feel substantial and sturdy, which some people may actually prefer, but personally I found them a little heavier than expected. When you stack several pieces together, the weight becomes even more noticeable. I was also a little disappointed with the texture and finishing. Some of the pieces had visible marks and imperfections in the finish. They weren’t necessarily enough to make the dishes unusable, but they were noticeable when looking at them closely. For a brand-new dinnerware set, I expected the surfaces and finishing to look cleaner and more consistent. On the positive side, the dishes still have a very attractive appearance from a normal distance. I like the shapes and simple design, and the set feels solid rather than thin or cheap. The different sizes are also useful for serving a variety of meals. Overall, I think this is a good-looking and sturdy dinnerware set, but there is definitely room for improvement in quality control. If the finishing were smoother and more consistent and there were fewer visible marks, I would have been much happier with it. The heavier weight is also something buyers should be aware of before purchasing. For these reasons, I think 4 stars is fair.

Very beautiful dishes in a Japanese style. I bought the black ones, and they look elegant and stylish. However, after the very first use, the plates showed visible knife marks. Also, after a very light accidental tap against the sink, one plate got a chip. This made me concerned about the durability of the coating. If the surface scratches so easily, I wonder whether the paint or coating could transfer into food, and whether it is actually safe for everyday use. Unfortunately, the appearance does not match the quality I expected. Return.

You need these! Look similar to very expensive dishes at name brand stores . . . Cough cough, west elm. They are solid and hold up in the dishwasher/ microwave

I love these things. They are the perfect addition to an otherwise obliterated existing dish set and I really needed the upgrade. I was worried that black might be too extreme but they are perfect. The ceramic coating is hard and high quality. They are also quite durable as I've banged them around a few times and they are so far, chip free!
