My bottle only came partially filled. Why is this?

Hi, The serum should be filled above the top of the label. We received a couple of similar reports on the latest shipment to the US. We believe it might be due to volume change by temperature. (It is filled into a bottle by a machine with weight at room temperature. But in this case, the bottle should be shrunk.) Or it might be originally filled less since it is processed at the room temperature. We decided to fill 2-3% more for the next production. We recommend asking refund or exchange. And kindly send a picture of the product you received for the improvement. Thank you.

Hello, It contains 100% of Volufiline. Unlike other cosmetic products containing Volufiline, No any other ingredients are added or mixed. According to the MSDS from Sederma, Volufiline is a solution of Sarsasapogenine in hydrogenated polyisobutene, with antioxidant Tocopherol max 50 ppm. We have Certificate of Analysis per purchases. Great for face and neck

I have been using this serum for years mixed into my other active skin care products. I get compliments all of the time on my face especially! I use this serum on my face and my neck daily. It does what is claims it will do and my face looks well hydrated and smooth. At my age, I can use all of the help I can get. I prefer not to use botox or fillers and I really prefer not to get any surgery so I need to keep using products like this!

Works surprisingly well

I was quite skeptical when I purchased this product, it work quite subtly but it does indeed work, after a few days I noticed its effect. I use on my temples and undereyes.

Tacky

This is more of an oil than a serum. Not a good idea to wear it under make up. Didn't notice any volumizing effects although I used it only once. And that is because it was too oily to be applied as daywear.

Not for the whole face

It works for my lips and cheeks, but made my under eye bags more noticeable. I fix a drop with my face cream and a smear on my lips with a nighttime lip mask. I've been using it for several months every night. I stopped using it near my tear trough area.
