This one is very compact but delivers great heat (even the lowest temp setting feels hot) and different vibration settings. While the vibration options make a humming noise, with that turned off, this can definitely be used out in public under clothing and no one would ever know if under a larger sweater. The battery lasts a long time. I haven't had to recharge it yet after 2 days of use. It's great for lower back, and stomach cramps. I think men would like this too if it came in other colors. It's soft, comfortable, and adjustable. It snaps on like a fanny pack. Definitely worth every penny!

It’s a good thing the return window closes after just a month after purchase, because this stopped working after a 40-50 day window. Only used twice btw. Product won’t charge anymore, and won’t turn on. Worked great when it works tho lmao.

Great item! I actually have it on right now. The temperature and massage selections are great for the price. The battery life on it is amazing as well, it’s not bulky and can be worn underneath clothing. The waistband has great adjustment for different sizes. Very easy to use, very durable.
