IMPORTANT: Lysine bottle pictured reads "capsules" - BUT description reads "serving size: 1 tablet." WHICH IS IT??

I have tried both the 1000mg and 500mg. The 1000mg are rather large tablets which I found hard to swallow so I switched to the 500mg which are smaller capsules.

Are the 500 mg Tablets about 1/2 the size (thickness) of the 1000 mg Tablets?

I've never seen the 1000 mg tablets. I just measured and the 500 mg capsules are 1 inch long and 1/4 inch in diameter. Hope this helps.

How big are the pills

They are tiny....if you are a horse. If not, have a tall glass of water ready to wash them down.

Are these in capsule form? I've tried the tablets and are too hard to swallow, but sometimes when the bottle says capsule it is in actualilty a tablet

The bottle here says tablets. I purchased capsules. I also purchased the powder. The capsules were capsules. Easy to swallow.
