This is a comprehensive big set of 16 cups for cupping therapy. This is sort of a pseudo science but it works for me and I've had benefits from it. You need a person who has an idea of how this works to apply them on your back, (which is where I primarily use cupping). Basically the cups create suction and pull on your skin and tissues and it's a form of relaxation. This is done with a "cupping gun" which is what you use in the cups to create the vacuum. Your skin will turn red quite quickly but it goes away pretty quickly as well. I like how they include a lot of different cups, like U shaped ones that are good for the back of my shoulders - and flat cups that work well on the back. Basically your entire body is covered with this set. This is nice big set and has just the right amount of cups for my entire back, in two different sizes. This is great value for money and I can recommend it - everything is built well and is solid and I'm very happy with this set - very good for anybody who is interested in cupping and want to get everything you need in one tidy package.

This Extra size set is versatile and easy-to-use product with 24 cups in various sizes, including special cups designed for knees and 8 larger ones for dual use. It's light weight good quality, and portable, making it perfect for home,gym ,or travel. The seller should upgrade the box as it is not sturdy enough to hold this whole set as time goes by ,but I will still give it five star because the product itself is great. I have personally found it great for pain relief and relaxation, as it boost blood flow and eases muscle tension. Besonders die Saugleistung hat mich erstaunt – der Unterdruck hält sehr gut und lässt sich trotzdem kontrolliert einstellen. Das Set besteht aus insgesamt 22 Schröpfgläsern in verschiedenen Größen. Dadurch kann man problemlos unterschiedliche Körperstellen behandeln, zum Beispiel Nacken, Rücken, Schultern, Arme oder Beine. Für mich ist das sowohl für Entspannung als auch bei Muskelverspannungen sehr praktisch. Die Anwendung ist auch für Anfänger gut geeignet. Der Unterdruck lässt sich ohne großen Kraftaufwand erzeugen, und man hat jederzeit das Gefühl, alles unter Kontrolle zu haben. Cupping Therapy Set 22pcs is actually a very useful set with a variety of different size cups, hand pump and magnet tips. I love using it at night on my legs for 10-15min. It starts out so painful that I have to breathe through but at the end I barely feel them on that I begin to walk around with them forgetting they are even on. It is so easy to apply and can even be done on yourself, although some areas are definitely harder. While the instructions go into detail about what is cupping and certain points to put it on as well as conditions, I would have liked a better description of their actual product. Through a lot of research and asking google, I find out that they include removable magnet tips in some of the cups, some of the cups are curved, they include a gua sha tool. So far all the cups have great suction. Also, the end of the hand pump is rubber so it tends to pick up hair and lint which can cause issues with placement. For the price point of 34.99 it is a great value and a good introduction to cupping at home.

I like the variety of sizes that comes with the set and that there are some that are curved on the lip. The suction gun is very easy to operate, and the hose attaches and detaches very easily. So far, all the plastic appears to be sturdy and very clear.
