I've been really happy with the Roborock Q10 X5 overall. It does an excellent job picking up everyday dirt, dust, and pet hair, and I've been surprised by how much it collects even when the floors don't look dirty. The navigation is generally very good, and it leaves the floors looking noticeably cleaner after each run.It isn't perfect, though. Every once in a while it has trouble docking and will stop just short of the charging base instead of connecting. It doesn't happen often, but it's something I've noticed. It's also not a particularly quiet vacuum, so if you're planning to run it while watching TV or working from home, you'll definitely hear it.Pros:Excellent pickup of dirt, dust, and hairCleans consistently and thoroughlyGreat for keeping floors clean with minimal effortCons:Occasionally misses the charging dock and stops just shortLouder than I expectedOverall, the cleaning performance easily outweighs the few quirks. I have used over 3 different from Roborock and this one is easily the best. Roborock has taken customer feedback very seriously and has redesigned this product to overcome past flaws. This product has excellent navigation capabilities, extremely low on maintenance and cleans thoroughly. The past products used to have hair accumulation issues, frequent jamming and other trivial issues that required human intervention. This product is a game changer and extremely value for money.

El robot aspiradora que adquirí me salió defectuoso no sé si sólo el mío o todos tienen este problema, que se queda estático golpeandose con la pared o con cualquier mueble durante mucho tiempo hasta al punto que se debe de apagar manualmente , luego se queda dando vueltas igual mucho tiempo y debo de volver apagarlo , solo lo tuve 20 días y en ese tiempo hizo lo mismo 3 veces, esa fue mi experiencia con este producto. Ya lo devolví y Solo estoy esperando el rembolso de mi dinero

I upgraded my old Roborock S4Max, that I loved, to this one. I gave my old one to my parents because it still worked wonderfully. I have given this one a real chance but I am highly disappointed. I cannot trust it to clean my home without being home to monitor it. It does not go over low pile rugs or mats without sucking it up into the vacuum and then continuing to try to vacuum. No alert or notice is sent to my phone that there is an issue. I have decreased the suction level and it still is a problem. My old unit did not have this issue. I can foresee a burned up motor or such if I didn't catch this unit each time it had a rug sucked up in it. It will also go over large diameter power strip cables and then get stuck because it can't get back over it. Again it does not sent an alert through the app or end the cleaning. It just continues to try to become unstuck. My old unit would attempt to get free and then after a period of time, shut down and an alert would be sent that it was stuck. I did my research on this model before buying and thought it was a good upgrade, now I regret giving my old unit away before proving out that newer was better.

I am very disappointed with the Roborock vacuum cleaner I purchased in July 14, 2025 and only began using in September 2025.After just two weeks of use, it started making extremely loud noises that is disrupting and it also frequently makes unnecessary stops.I spent $260 plus on this product, which I consider quite a significant purchase, and I am very frustrated that it has broken down so quickly. For a premium-priced item, I expected reliability and quality, but this has not been the case.
