Delicious and addicting.
Delicious and addicting and healthy. I need to buy them again. You just have rinse them for two seconds in a strainer like the instructions say to get them apart.

Great in ramen or soups
I saw someone on TikTok talk about how low the calories are for these noodles and I had to try them. I eat a ton of home made soup/ramen and usually do vermicelli rice noodles for a little less calories( not much lower though) and I do like these in my ramen, they take on flavor nicely, but I can’t see them being a pasta replacement for like spaghetti or Alfredo. The texture seems to stay firm which is nice in a soup cause I was honestly worried they would be mushy. But the texture doesn’t seem right for an Italian dish. Would definitely buy again for ramen and to keep my ramen habbit to a lower calorie one lol.

Great size for meal
Love having these for my "pasta" dinner. Use with my own concoction or with meal in a bag heated up. Just takes a minute to wash and heat for my lunch. LOVE that they are in various sizes for whatever I feel like that day. Highly recommend for variety and taste! as well as size for meal.

Great product if you know what you're getting into
These noodles are awesome, but they're not miracle foods. They have key downsides you should be aware of.What are these: konjac noodles, or shirataki noodles, are noodle products made from the konjac yam. They are pure water and fiber and have almost no digestible carbs. A typical 8oz packet has like 15 calories. Compare this to an 8oz serving of spaghetti, which is like 400+ calories. They are an incredible way of getting that noodle fix when you're on a low-calorie diet. However, they have some notable flaws:1. All konjac noodles are stored in a wet pack. Some companies use calcium hydroxide in that water, which makes it stink like old fish. Thankfully, this brand DOES NOT do this, but if you've ever heard of someone say "I tried konjac noodles but I threw it out cause it stinks", this is what they're talking about.2. Konjac noodles are all fiber. Most people don't take that much fiber on a daily basis, so when you eat this, your digestive system might have a little trouble. Results in a lot of GI distress and a big trip to the bathroom the next day. If you've never had this before, I'd start with a trial run of 4oz before eating an entire 8oz pack.3. The texture of these noodles is best described as "weirdly springy". They also have no flavor. They will never replace spaghetti, ramen, lo mein, or any traditional wheat based noodle product. I personally like it for what they are, but some people hate it. Your mileage may vary.I've been using these throughout my diet to get my noodle fix while keeping calories low. I use them to "cut" a traditional noodle dish. Instead of a huge plate of ramen, I do half ramen and half konjac noodles. Or instead of a huge garlic pasta plate, I do half pasta and half konjac. I actually prefer this, because the difference in texture adds a little variety to the dish. I never go above 8oz in one day due to the previously mentioned GI issues. The price is also reasonable; if you buy a 6 pack from a local Asian supermarket, you'll pay just as much as this, if not higher, for lower quality noodles. These noodles are an important tool to stay sane during my diet and make it sustainable. I'd recommend trying it if you've never had them before. Just be aware of the key issues up top.
