Nie polecam. Sam pierścionek ok, ale nie jest dokładny. Przy samym zmywaniu naczyń dodatkowo potrafi doliczyć 3-4 tysiące kroków. Pomiar snu również na słabszym poziomie niż w Apple Watch. Zwróciłem po paru dniach używania, bo nie miał sensu.

Cela fait maintenant 2 semaines que j’ai reçu ma Oura ring 3 et j’avoue ce n’est pas mal du tout. Grace à elle je comprend mieux mes différents cycles (sommeil, cardiaque, effort…..) mais je débute dans cette compréhension de mon organisme au quotidien. Je pense qu’avec le temps , l’analyse sera plus fine. Elle ne gêne pas et semble bien résistante. Son autonomie est très correcte (plusieurs jours sans problème) et beaucoup mieux qu’une montre connectée type Apple Watch qui tient péniblement 1 jour. Le modèle que j’ai choisi est argenté avec le petit méplat dessus en taille 13. Je la conseille à celui ou celle qui veut mieux se connaître.

I was really hesitant to purchase this product, mainly because of the high price point and the subscription based mobile app. While I do understand people's hesitation with the subscription model, I feel like the ring has helped me a lot in the short time I've had it. It seems to be surprisingly accurate in it's sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring and fitness tracking and I often compare it against my apple watch to see if it compiles similar data. When it comes to sleep, the Oura ring has helped me to develop routines that make for a good night's sleep and gives me valuable insight into my quality of sleep as well. I don't like wearing my apple watch to bed, nor while I am lounging around the house so the ring has been great to help me keep track of things like my steps, calories burned etc. and offers reminders to stand up and move around. The biggest drawback to this product for me has been the size, I have the largest size and it is slightly too small for me. I am a larger guy and the size 13 would fit better if it was ever so slightly larger but most of the time it isn't a problem... except for when I sleep. My fingers swell a little bit at night time, which leads to me waking up from discomfort cause by the Oura ring and I find myself switching it back and fourth between my index and ring finger throughout the night. I did wear the sizer for a full 24 hours as recommended but the actual ring feels very different from the 3D printed sizers. I am making it work due to the fantastic data it collects. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Para poder utilizar el Oura, es necesario configurar en una App pero requiere dirección de facturación de un listado de países autorizados, en los cuales no está México. Sólo lo podrás activar, configurar y usar con esa dirección y con una tarjeta válida en los países de la lista. Sí no cuentas con esa opción, no lo compres pues no lo podrás usar.

I've had my Oura ring for almost two months and I'm very happy with it! The battery life lasts for ages and when it does get low I just charge it while I'm showering and it's back to full power. The sizing kit was really beneficial and helped me decide what size fit best for me. The price of the kit also came off the price of the Oura ring when I decided to go for it (on Amazon) and it felt like a mini discount! **girl maths** The app is brilliant and I check it every day, I think the subscription is well worth it for the information it gives you and it has made me more active and concious of making healthy decisions for my diet, exercise and sleep schedule. I recommend checking out the subreddit for Oura as well as the discussions on there are fascinating and Oura also keeps an eye on it and will fix bugs, give suggestions and understand how people are using Oura. So excited to see the insights in the future when it learns more about me!
