Great cold compress function
The packaging feels premium right out of the box. The device itself has a minimalist, high-end look. Instead of a kneading massage, it uses gentle vibrations, which I found surprisingly relaxing after a few minutes -especially around the eyea. But the real standout is the cooling function. It's incredibly refreshing and feels amazing, especially after a long day of screen time. One small tip: make sure to adjust the strap slightly higher on your head. If It's too low, the device can slip down a bit during use. Overall, a great product for eye fatigue relief!

Yes! It’s a keeper
This is the 4th eye mask I’ve tried and it definitely gets much hotter and colder than the other 2 and thanks to the reviews, that is the reason I got it.The eye culs are deeper & more flexible so they make better contact with my eyes which a huge plus.I don’t have issue with the music at all like some have stated. I just never connected my Bluetooth so there is simply silence-other than the loud vibrating sound which continues throughout the whole session. And the opening message which is not bothersome to me. Oh and when you switch modes it tells you what it is, which I like,I have extreme dry eye, almost no fluid and anything floating around the atmosphere lands in my eyes. It is miserable. I spend a lot of time in a magnified mirror trying to get debris out. I pray this helps. So the PROS-hot and cold that also alternates. hot and cold that get up to the right temp.-love the orange individual massagers. They are stronger than other models- I really love the Deeper metal eye cups that make more contact with my eyes than any of the others. !(But I think that’s what causes the annoying sound)Cons-- Loud vibration sound is distracting. It reminds me of a tuba but not nearly that loud. I don’t think it’s gonna be a dealbreaker for me, however this is only the first day that I’ve had it, but I have used it three times already.- It’s heavy, I Don’t enjoy the weight of it on my nose and hate having to make modifications on something so expensive.-it’s not very attractive. (I loved the way the Ibreo brand mask looked, with a chic material covering the whole outer area rather than bare plastic. Don’t understand why they make most of them Look futuristic Star Wars style. It’s not a huge deal because I’m not looking at it when it’s on anyway. . But still. I think I might draw some eyeballs on on it to be funny.-HEAVY its not very comfortable because it’s very heavy on the bridge of the nose. I made some modifications which helped. I tried many things to cushion it from thin foam to silicone makeup pad to makeup sponge and on and on. What worked best is an a thin foam eyeglass case. I cut it into the right shape and it helps tremendously. I wouldn’t even be able to use it without that. it’s irritating to me to have to place it correctly and make it stay there.Improvements would be as follows:PLEASE make it with silicone built into the part of the mask that touches your nose. All of the models I tried had this problem.Next,Cut out the vibration sound somehow and most of all make the massaging nodules do more than vibrate, Make them get hot and cold too. To me that is what would actually make this worth the price point of about $100. So I gave it 4 stars anyway because it is on the level of the industry standard at this time (I think) all in all it’s pretty good

solid product!
Eye Massager is a total game-changer. The heat and cooling work wonder for my eyes, and the massage helps me relax after a long day staring at screens. The Bluetooth music feature is a nice bonus—super soothing! Battery life is great, and it’s easy to take with you. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with eye strain or just needing a little relaxing time!

Way too cold for my sensitive eyes, uncomfortable, not as effective as I need for migraines
I didn’t find this relaxing at all due to the concentration of the heat and cooling functions directly on my eyeballs, the voice you can’t turn off, and the overall lack of comfort. I tried this in hopes of relieving my migraines, and while the massage provided some temporary distraction, I felt it was too rough and it made me anxious about whether or not this was actually safe to use near my eyes. I really wish there were adjustment settings that I could set lower for all the functions, that the mask wasn’t hard, and that the heating and cooling covered the full mask, not just directly on my eyes. The quality is okay, but again, not comfortable for me. I think the only reason my headache went away for a few minutes was I was surprised and uncomfortable with the massage.I don’t think it’s effective for my use case, migraines, and would not pay the list price of $90 for it, the price at time of review of $70, or even the current discounted coupon price of $45 for it. I do not think it is a good value for price at all. I will consider trying it for general relaxation later, but this did not provide the relief and comfort I was looking for when I really needed it. Gentler setting options, a larger hot/cold area, and a softer mask design would resolve this for me.

It's a different experience, but not amazing, nor all that calming.
A few of us in the house have tried this out, and none were overly impressed with it. I wish they had done without the bluetooth speaker, as it is an added cost for something that has poor sound and doesn't add to the value. It does heat your eyes, and provide some stimulation, but it's more of a curiosity than anything we found useful. It's comfortable, and does fit upon the eyes well, the band is adjustable and holds its size well.
