1080p Indoor/Outdoor Security Camera - Free Person/Motion/Baby Cry Detection, Color Night Vision, IP65 Weatherproof, SD/Cloud Storage, Works w/Alexa & Google Home HybridCam

I am pleased with this brand of cameras! I have 5 so far; one C403, one C400, one Cam1927, one C100 68D3, and one C104. I use the C100 and the C104 inside of two closed windows, sitting on the windows’ sills (in Day Mode with the Status LED turned off). One evening while checking the C100 …, I discovered that I could still see very clearly through the window’s glass, when the camera was left on Day Mode during the dark of night! The same is true about the C104, as well. When I move to my own house I will add outdoor cameras for monitoring such areas of my yard; this isn’t an option where I live at this moment. I use the Cam 1927 to monitor my bedroom, before I added a keyed lock to the door; someone had been entering my bedroom after I would leave for work. Now, when I exit my bedroom to go to others parts of the house, I turn the Cam 1927 on, just in case … . I am using the C403 and the C400 to monitor my private, fenced garden of Arborvitae trees, Leyland Cypress trees, Roses, Hydrangeas, Day Lilies, a Gardenia, Crape Myrtle trees, a Lenten Rose, Peonies, Variegated Ivy, a Liriope, a Lavender and a faux Maple-like tree all in movable planters and pots, to help prevent another theft of my plants. With the Night Mode on for these two outdoor-mounted cameras I can see the plants and trees detail, in shades of gray, with bright illumination. Last week these two cameras captured what appeared to be someone’s drone light shining into this fenced garden for twenty minutes, approximately. When I switched these two cameras to Day Mode the drone light was not visible. Also, there weren’t any bodies visible with flashlights, either. My C100 … faces the front of the garden where the drone lights were aimed, and by the C100’s view no one was standing there with a flashlight. Nor could I see a drone, yet due to using my Tapo app on two devices simultaneously, I could see the drone light still scanning the front end of the garden. This drone activity occurred from 2:37am to 3:13am. The area being scanned has a short cement block wall that curves inside my garden’s fence beside the retaining wall where another house is situated on the opposite side. Due to the time of the drone being used, I thought the drone user was trying to determine (for 20+ minutes ) whether or not the cement block wall could be removed to gain access to the trees and plants. I am grateful my Tapo cameras caught this occurrence; I have two Tapo videos and several photos of the drone light activity. Since that day, June 4th, I have ‘fortified’ my garden even more, without decreasing its beauty. (People moved into the house opposite the retaining wall approximately two weeks ago; the view inside my fenced garden is barely visible from their driveway and totally-blocked (via a privacy screen) from their windows facing the property here. I think they are responsible …) I am grateful that these Tapo cameras work so well (as advertised)! They are indeed easy to set up, the motion detection is great! The video quality is wonderful and so is connectivity. I enjoy receiving the notifications on my cellphone and iPad, too! Thank you, Tapo for your great cameras!

Nice little unobtrusive camera. Currently in use in the garage, but can be used anyplace. Was reasonably priced, easy to activate and maintain and effective. Good motion detection. Clear, in-focus imaging, day or night. This is the second Tapo camera put into use on our property, both accessible via the Tapo app. Very easy app to use. Would not hesitate adding more if needed. Would recommend.

They are good for the price. I bought another one to face a different direction. Since they are not wireless it is difficult to place outside. I have them facing outside my big front window, which does well until night. Once it gets dark it cannot see out the window. So I haven't really been able to test out the night mode part of it. I am sure if it was shooting inside the house, it would be good. I would buy again. It works with the Tapo app which is fairly easy to set up. I have both cameras on it. I rly like to see when packages have delivered or if someone pulls in that doesn't belong.

This is a great little security camera. It was easy to set up and I like that it is a brand that I already have the app for. I was hoping to use it to watch birds in addition to having a security camera, but unfortunately the motion sensor is not set off by birds. The video quality is good in the mid range, but bugs flying close are blobs and the far side of my deck is a bit pixelated.

False notifications of motion and people detection. Majority of notifications for people are pet movement. Detection areas are not accurate. Connectivity loss during power loss and unable to reconnect while out of town so unable to rely on camera Without subscription, cameras are basically only useful for real time since you access clips and recordings on SD card. If camera disconnected during theft or connectivity issue unable to regain any footage. Customer service never responded to request for issues with detection.

Easy set up, night vision, recording with mico memory card (not included) or with paid subscription. Great price !!!

Excellent security camera. I use it outdoors and it has pretty good clarity, has also adjustments for sensitivity for movement. Very easy to install and program. Does not come with a MicroSD card. I purchased one and it deletes as it records and does not save unless you have a larger storage capacity MicroSD card.

I use this caves to keep an eye on my dogs while I'm at work. It's perfect with high- resolution video. I can even snap photos when they're being extra cute. And the feature of being able to "call" the camera from my phone is fun, esp when my dogs finally hear me and start looking around the house for me. 😆

10/10 cumplen perfectamente su función, la detección de movimiento es muy efectiva aunque la detección de personas no es tan precisa pero funcionan muy bien. Compré varias para mi casa.

Por el precio está excelente, 1080p está muy bien para áreas donde no se requiera una distancia larga, porque a 10 metros la definición y los detalles son muy buenos. Los sensores funcionan perfectamente y la luz led que trae está excelente.

Buena definición y buena calidad de video, agarré el producto con cupón y me salió en menos de $400
