Looks fine, doesn't spin that great but no instructions to check if I did anything wrong.
I am taking off a star because either this doesn't really spin or I didn't put it together right and there are no instructions to help me out. I am assuming that you just put the top part with the hooks between the two plastic washers. But if you tighten it down all the way then it doesn't spin. If you don't tighten it down the washers go cock-eyed. Also if you only ever spin it one way it will either tighten up again or loosen up and fall apart. There are no ball bearings or anything that I typically associate with kitchen things that spin (like a lazy susan). It's also rather tall. It just barely fits under my cabinet. I could have measured it first, so I am going to take the blame for that one. Finally the silicone ring that goes on the bottom does do a good job of keeping this thing in place when you spin it, but is not very attractive with the black version. That contrast is fairly noticeable although I will probably get used to it and not really notice after a week or two. I think I will most likely give this to my son when he moves out in the fall and stick with the classic cup style utensil holder. I included a pic of both so you could compare the aesthetic of the two styles side by side.

Check your vertical clearance
I've been on the lookout for spinning utensil holder for longer utensils, and finally stumbled across this one. We have longer than average spatulas & and whatnot, and am finally able to hang them back up. Love that I'm also able to hang our 13" tongs without issue. The only issue is that there are zero instructions on assembly. For us, it was common sense, as we frequently put things together ourselves, so if you're not used to assembling things, be warned that it might be a bit frustrating.
