Essential! Loving the relief!
This is an essential for me! Love the Dr. teals brand! Smell smells amazing leave skin feeling nice, soft and moisturized Seems to help me get to sleep and improve my overall night of rest! The Arnica is a huge plus, helps relieve those sore and aching joints and muscles and relieve inflammation👍👌🙂 now whether it’s placebo or not I’m not sure all I know is that I feel great after a nice soak with this stuff

Bath time routine
This smells so good! It’s a relaxing sensory experience when you add this to the tub. I love Epsom salt for the healing properties and pain relief. Definitely try if you’re not sensitive to smells, it smells great but is strong.

This makes your skin feel very soft
I tried this for the first time last night. My skin was so soft it’s affordable. It seems to help with my pain, but I won’t know for sure for about a week and it arrive quickly. It also smells good.
