This is, by far, the very BEST canned tuna I have eaten! The flavor and texture are wonderful. I eat this without adding anything to it or dressing it with anything. This will be my second purchase, and I plan to continue ordering this product on Amazon!

This Ortiz tuna is the real deal. You're getting whole pieces of beautifully white tuna, not the flaky stuff. The olive oil is just enough, not overflowing like others. And if you're into customizing your tuna, drain the oil, add some lemon and your own choice of oil, and it's perfect. For the quality and taste, the price is unbeatable.

What a spectacular product. The tuna is firm, flavorful and marvelously intact. The can itself belongs in a museum of art. Can’t recommend highly enough. Life changing.

Great taste. Not your supermarket cat food tuna.

It’s ok . I thought it was actual Atlantic Bonito (Sarda sarda), which can be found in the Mediterranean. The can on the site calls it Bonito del Norte, but the can I received is labeled “White Tuna.” Maybe it’s the same thing, but it resembles and tastes like Albacore, even though it is not identified anywhere on the can as Albacore, just as “white tuna.” At least it’s pole & line caught and not long-lined, so that’s a plus. The fish identity could be something lost in translation.
