Way cheaper on Amazon!
I discovered Sauna Sauce while doom-scrolling Goop and was floored by the price tag—until I found it here on Amazon for way less. I rub it onto sore muscles, hop into my infrared sauna, and let the magic happen. It's like Icy Hot’s more sophisticated, less clingy cousin. Not overly greasy and even after the sauna session, you can still feel it doing its thing. Perfect for tired muscles.

Love, love, love!
I was looking for a product that would intensify my infrared sauna experience and relax some of my more tense areas. This is definitely the product. I love the essential oils! It sees my sore muscles and clears my sinuses.

Works as advertised
Yes, Sauna Sauce kept me cooler and allowed me to stay in the sauna longer, but at the same time, i didn't sweat as much as i normally do which was a little counterintuitive. I didn't see that coming.
