Why do the customer images show the usda certified organic seal on their labels but the listing images do not show that on the actual label?

listing images now do NOT show the usda seal?????.....so is it certified organic or not????

Package told me Saturday it would arrive now it’s saying March 27 that’s to long

I have found that USPS is moving much slower I guess from covid 19 not sure I ordered items in march ans have not received them seems they arrive at a spot and just stall.
