I’m 5’4” but I like my pant to touch the top of my sneakers. Should I get regular or petite?

I am 5’5 i always get regular. Petite will touch the top of your shoes but i like mine longer.

How close to the ankle do these fit width wise can thy be turned up to be like cropped and not flare?

The cut is not like skinny jeans. They’re straight leg, but a conservative straight leg so not too wide. I think the answer is yes, you could turn up the bottoms so they don’t flair like in the photo.

Do these come in a higher waist these are my favorite jeans I am a plus size 20 petite

My pair was soft enough the waist didn't cut into my stomach. But I also wear a belt to keep them up. The flex motion is best feature and the jeans are comfortable to set with legs crossed.

Does the jeans shrink at after washing and drying? They to loose around the waist.

They shrink back to original shape after washing/drying. But will loosen up again with wear. I solved this by wearing a belt.
