Didn’t buy from Amazon bought from The Grooming Clinic really drying and harsh on skin difficult to lather and pungent soapy scent the eucalyptus fades relatively quickly offers minimal protection to skin and is very rough and soapy not to be recommended.

Researching shave creams, I've heard people fondly recommend Proraso. Upon further investigation, I found C.O. Bigelow Shaving Cream is private labelled by Proraso for C.O. Bigelow. Some suggest C.O. Bigelow Shaving Cream is actually Proraso Red with the scent of Proraso Green. Being about the same price, I decided to purchase the C.O. Bigelow. Placing a small dollop into my shaving bowl, I was perturbed with how little lather I managed to stir up with my shave brush. However, upon applying to my face, a slick & slightly foamy lather was achieved. In no way was it foamy as the typical Barbasol, but enough for a comfortable shave. My face felt invigorated as I effortlessly glided my razor around my face. Feeling clean & fresh, I was impressed with the quality of my shave. Shaving has now become a ritual meditation, instead of a chore. The C.O. Bigelow Shaving Cream is a great shaving product, which I plan to continue purchasing, perhaps possibly giving Proraso products a try to compare. Inexpensive, yet quality, I highly recommend purchasing C.O. Bigelow Shaving Cream

I love C.O. Bigelow shaving products and their lightly-mentholated shave cream is one of my favorites! The cream is very easy to dispense and lather and the tube is easy to store. And while my razor glides through with ease, there is ample cushioning for sensitive skin, as well. Lastly - the smell is excellent and the eucalyptus oil provides an invigorating sensation. I highly recommend it!

Was looking for something to help me not have razor burn and lessen the red bumps I get after shaving. This works great. It is a thicker cream but doesn’t have a weird residue after use. The smell is clean and subtle. Creates a rich lather and helps to get a close shave. Skin feels smooth and moisturized after use. I’ll keep using this cream.

The C.O. Bigelow shaving cream always gave me a smooth experience and is great for summer shaving. It lathers quite nicely and makes sense to keep a tube around.

same thing as Proraso. Made by the same company ??? Good stuff, but was hoping for something different from the Proraso I already had. Same scent and everything. Removable cap is bad design. easy to drop/lose. Flip-top would be better.
