J’ai acheté ce couteau pour une question d’ergonomie, je trouve qu’il a une très bonne prise en main, il est très tranchant, il a un rapport qualité prix tout à fait correct mais je ne m’en sers pas spécifiquement pour le saumon ou même pour le poisson mais également quand je fais des filets de viande en plancha, ou quand j’ai besoin de découper une côte de bœuf, il n’y a pas besoin de forcer et la lame permet avec sa courbure de bien atteindre la viande jusqu’au bord de l’os Je suis très satisfait de mon achat, je précise que je cuisine midi et soir pour ma femme et moi-même et pour des amis le week-end de temps à autre, j’ai beaucoup de couteaux dans ma cuisine, mais j’avoue que celui-ci me donne particulièrement, satisfaction
