Worth every penny. Runs my portable pit boss all day, charges my ebike battery 1.5 times. Yes it does take a little while for it to charge solar by itself but with solar panels it charges decently fast, charging by wall plug takes about 3hrs from completely dead.

UPDATE: BROWEY HAS TURNED THE TIDES AND SEEMED TO BE AHEAD OF THE GAME AND HAS FIXED THE ISSUE. WE ARE WAITING ON A NEW UNIT TO BE SHIPPED TO US. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS REALLY ATTENTIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND COMPLAINTS. I WILL UPDATE AGAIN AFTER RECEIVED THE NEW UNIT AND THE UNBOXING. THANK YOU AGAIN BROWEY!!!!!! IM CHANGING THIS FROM ONE STAR TO 5 STARS! THEY CERTAINLY EARNED IT!!!! I purchased this item around 3 months ago and have used it moderately to get familiar. The generator started making a loud jolting/short circuit noise and shuts down. It does this regardless of what is plugged in and even with nothing plugged in soon as you press the AC button. Iam having to actually battle it out between Amazon and “Browey” who are both pointing the finger at eachother for responsibility. The short on the AC side is obviously internal and not properly functioning. Not to mention this is dangerous not only to the equipment, all equipment that you plug into the item, but it also poses a serious hazard. The generator is advertised as protection, ease of use, 10 year life span. Really 3 months??? And I’m having to fight for a replacement or refund??? I’m floored. This is what consumer protections and rights are for and you would think this is not possible with a nearly $800 generator.

This thing may have a life-changing effect on me. It's amazing! I don't have a lot of power draw or amp draw that I mandate and this thing keeps up with a refrigerator and washing machine and a window unit and anything else it charges my bicycle and my lawn mower I've done all those things at the same time with this thing. It's amazing! And everyone I show it to, is amazed and wants one. I am probably going to add some external additional panel service but I don't have to if I don't want to. I'm stoked about this thing!

The item is well packaged, and powers up my radio equipment for upcoming ham radio Field Day event. Appears solidly built, but the manual does not tell you how to turn the unit off, but this is how you do it ......just type the DC or AC button, depending on the mode, and it shuts down. They should include that tidbit in the user manual.

First off, I want to say thanks to the seller for shipping this to Puerto Rico. It's so difficult to get things as simple as a portable phone charger sent over here. They all get canceled. I had the opportunity to use this with an inverter fridge, and it worked during the outage with plenty of charge left (80% in the 6 hours I had it on). Even charged my phone on the DC side without its brick, and it did it fast. For the price, it's a steal! It's portable but a bit heavy, you wouldn't carry it on a hiking trip. I feel like this will be my savior during the inevitable power outages in summer. It's reliable, and I believe it would have plenty of power to work with most things needed during emergencies. I even ordered an additional external panel for it.

This thing is great! It's definitely worth the money. We purchased it for hurricane season and we set it up to make sure it works. It can be charged via a wall outlet or by placing the solar panels in the sun. It charges quickly either way and has TONS of battery life and power. We charged all of our devices off of it all week with just one charge. It's the perfect size to store away in the garage when not in use. It's a bit heavy, but it's perfect for taking along camping too. That way, we can charge all of our phones and flashlights and have the fan blowing on us at night in warm weather. I highly recommend this product.

nice size. I can carry, if necessary, (I'm a small woman.) Haven't used but it is ready if needed. Great Price! It finally went on sale for the first time since they started making it. so, I'm pretty happy
