I've been using this for a couple of months now. I think it has helped my skin but honestly I can't say for sure. My skin is super sensitive and I have rosacea so I have constant redness issues. This seems to be a little better now.

I was on this product years ago after meeting a lady that helped developed this product, and always had compliments on my complexion, so fast forward a few years and I decided to start taking them again as I age. After doubling the dosage for 2 bottles, i already see improvements.

This product came recommended from a friend of mine. I've used it now for close to a year, and cannot seem to discern any direct benefits. Although I believe like most people, you take these in the hopes that cumulatively over time, there will be a benefit, placebo or otherwise. One thing I've noticed is that the powder contained within the capsule varies, and at times is very noticeably low. As this is virtually an impossibility if it were to be made in a laboratory setting, I surmise that it is not. This has greatly affected my perception of the quality of this product. I don't like leaving bad reviews, or low ratings or any business, however I'm hoping that the owner/distributer of this product takes notice of this review, and addresses the qualitative issues.

I’ve heard such great things about these. I just struggled swallowing the large pills. They are super light weight so float and I struggle to swallow them.
