Delicious banana powder! I purchased it to make a healthier version of Starbuck’s iced banana bread matcha. This powder was perfect to give it just the right level of banana sweetness without adding any additional sweeteners. Could be used for any number of drinks or baked goods that call for banana. Great quality.

I will definitely be buying this product regulaly. I wish the banana flavor was a bit stronger, but the fact that it's real banana and banana flavored is a huge deal breaker. I do add xantham gum, so I'm not sure about thickness without that.

As expected

I used to buy this product for backpacking etc. It was good back then, sweet and yellow, like ripe bananas. Then my cravings changed and I got into bringing dates and dried mango. Fast forward to a month ago or so when I decided to try this product again. The color is off, it a light gray green yellow color, the taste reminds me of 25% ripe bananas blended with 75% green bananas. I get a stomach ache every time I eat this garbage. Food resellers are cutting corners more and more these days on quality and quantity, not to mention any filler they get away with cutting into the products, and it’s irritating to say the least. After reading the reviews I had even contacted the company and I believe I spoke directly to the owner, or one of the owners, who assured me before I bought it again that the product was made from ripe bananas, is sweet, and that all the negative reviews were baseless. So I bought it, and the negative reviews were right. I’m done buying this crap from these guys unless they step up the quality and honesty again.

My spouse likes to make protein shakes on occasion as a regular meal replacement, mixing this powder with others (e.g., peanut butter, chocolate). LOVES the flavor of it, and I appreciate it because it increases fruit intake.
