On my must-have list
This tocotrienol complex was recommended to me by a native medicine woman for a broken heart. Take that as you will, but it's been several years and my (emotionally caused?) palpitations no longer occur. On my must-have list.

Small and easy to swallow from a reputable lab
These gel capsules are small and easy to swallow. The best thing is that they contain the full spectrum of Tocotrienols. It has only been a few days and I have not noticed any difference yet but understand the benefits are subtle but important. Remember that this is a fat-soluble supplement and so excess is not removed in your urine. If you are taking a Vitamin E supplement and this then you should consult a professional about how much to use. The reason I took this down a couple of points is because when it arrived the gel capsules were all stuck together as one solid mass. I had to insert a butter knife and try to separate some off as carefully as I could. Even with caution a few broke open, but most were okay. But my biggest concern is that this sticking together is most likely the result of being someplace warm the caused the capsule to melt slightly. That then raises the concern about the quality of the Tocotrienol because it oxidizes in the presence of light or heat. The bottle is dark so light is not an issue, but they were obviously exposed to heat so who knows if it is still effective or not.

A Full-Spectrum Tocotrienol Complex! Potential Benefits: Antioxidant, Heart, Cell, Cholesterol,Brain
If you’re interested in supporting your overall wellness with something a bit off the beaten path, Tocomin SupraBio might catch your eye. This supplement features a full spectrum of tocotrienols, which are part of the vitamin E family, known for their antioxidant properties. Unlike the more commonly known tocopherols, tocotrienols are less talked about but are gaining attention for their potential health benefits. Each softgel of Carlson Tocomin SupraBio provides 250 mg of a palm-derived tocotrienol complex, which includes all four forms: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. These tocotrienols are sourced from fresh, red virgin palm oil, which is known for its rich nutrient content. What makes this supplement particularly interesting is that it’s designed for optimal absorption, thanks to the SupraBio delivery system. This technology is supposed to enhance the bioavailability of tocotrienols, meaning your body can absorb and utilize these compounds more effectively. Tocotrienols are noted for their powerful antioxidant properties, which help protect your cells from oxidative stress. This could play a role in supporting cardiovascular health, brain function, and overall cellular wellness. The gamma and delta forms, in particular, are being studied for their potential to support heart health by helping to maintain healthy cholesterol levels and supporting arterial function. The alpha and beta forms also contribute to these benefits, offering a well-rounded approach to overall health. Each batch of Tocomin SupraBio is tested by an FDA-registered laboratory to ensure potency and purity. Now, onto my personal experience with Tocomin SupraBio. After adding these softgels to my daily routine, I can’t say I noticed any immediate or dramatic changes, but that’s not unusual with supplements that work on a cellular level. However, knowing that I’m supporting my body with a full spectrum of tocotrienols does give me peace of mind. I’ve read about the long-term benefits of antioxidants, especially in terms of protecting against oxidative stress, so I’m inclined to continue taking them as part of my wellness regimen. Overall, Carlson’s Tocomin SupraBio seems like a great option if you’re looking to incorporate tocotrienols into your diet, especially if you’re interested in supporting your cardiovascular and cellular health. It’s one of those supplements that might not give you instant results, but it could be quietly working in the background to support your long-term wellness. **As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (

Women Owned
This review is for Carlson - Tocomin SupraBio, Full Spectrum Tocotrienol Complex... (or...explained as Full spectrum Vitamin E). Carlson's started by a woman Pharmacist in 1965 and is still run by women of this same family.. the Carlsons! Their 1st product was a Vitamin E and this is what they are most famous for. I love Carlson products. I have been using them for a long time. My introduction to their line was their fish oil/Omegas. This Tocomin is the first Vitamin E I have tried of theirs. I love that it is full spectrum. That means you get the benefit of the whole plant from which this nutrient is derived which is "the fresh, red virgin palm oil of ripe palm fruits and manufactured with a patented bioenhanced system for maximum absorption." Why should you care that this is "full spectrum"? For example, when you meet someone new you want to get to know the whole person. You want to learn who they are, where they are from, their why and what they area about. The same with the nutrient in the plants some of these supplements are derived from. You want the nutrients from the whole plant not just 1 little part of it. You want the fiber and all the other nutrients that work together to make this whole plant what it is. It is a more complete nutrient that your body can absorb easily and completely! Makes sense to me! That's why I chose this complete "full Spectrum" vitamin E. I found the capsules easy to swallow. The suggested dose is 1-2 a day which comes out to a 4 - 2 month's supply. At first glance the cost seems a little much. But if you figure you get 4 months for that price is a very reasonable price. I did not seem to have any digestive issues with this Tocomin. Nor was there any after taste that I noticed. I can highly recommend this supplement from Carlson's. I am proud and happy to support Carlson's because of the quality of their products and their trustworthiness as a business
