I love this product, it helps so much to use cold butter. I would recommend it if you keep your butter in frig. Shipping was fast.

I got this in hopes that it would solve the problems of cold butter but it does not work as well as the product would have you think. It has a nice feel in the hand with some good weight and is a little bigger than a standard butter knife. Seems durable. However, it is difficult to use and is in no way a time saver. Just let the butter sit a bit and your problem is solved.
