It was easy to find on desertcart.com, and about the same price, which was very reasonable. It was an easy to read book. I particularly liked the passages on Fibromyalgia, and some alternative/holistic medicine passages were great as well. It is actually a book that someone should consider keeping and not selling back at the end of a term at school. Review: It's definitely what it says! - Nice quality book! It was something I needed for a class; the information is pretty standard but you will learn quite a bit.

Serves as topical overview
If you are really into the topic of holistic health, this is a good overview. There is no real objective analysis of each holistic approach - i.e. - clinical evaluation with peer review, so it serves as an introduction and "advertisement," but not a clinical observation.

Good overview of Holistic Health
This book has a good overview of Holistic Health. I'm using it in my Holistic Health class and find it very interesting. The read is easy. It gives you a general idea of the different types of Holistic Healing. I especially like the list of vitamins they have in Chapter 2 or 4. It talks about what the vitamins are important for and what food it can be found in.
