This protein powder is cost effective, is super healthy / organic, and gets delivered right on time which makes it convenient. The powder itself is basically tasteless which means you can use in anything (baking, smoothies, cereal, drinks, etc). It is very fine grain and is fairly hydrophobic so requires deliberate mixing to get it incorporated without lumps and dry spots. The macros levels for pea protein are strong, and this has allowed us to increase our protein intake and reduce our carb (and our waistine). Pros: Great flavor Mixes well More protein and less fat than the other brand I was using making it healthier. Mixed with water it makes a great peanut butter that you can spread. This is my favorite peanut butter powder! Tastes great, mixes well. I love that there is no sugar or salt added and it is also non-GMO. The bag is always filled to the top and includes a small scooper. I find that putting half the bag into a glass jar makes less of a mess when scooping. I did try keeping it in the bag, but I just made a mess every time I try to scoop because this is so powdery. The taste is really light, perfect in every recipe I use it for. My favorite recipe using peanut butter powderis blending 2 TB with 2 TB maple syrup and 1 can drained chickpeas. Blend till smooth and you have a perfect dip for apples! Add in chocolate chips and you take it to a whole different level!
