Can these wallets go thru airport security carry on lines? Without issue? Leave in carry on? Or place in bin?

Hi Colybross, Thank you for your question. We truly appreciate your interest in Ekster wallets. The Ekster Aluminum cardholder can go on carry on luggage, but it can't go through a metal detector - the cardholder itself is made of aluminum We hope this helps! If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us at -- https://amzn.to/2Uw4SxW. ---- Ekster Support Team

I received an empty box. No wallet inside. Just a several promotional cards. Is this a scam?

I didn't have a problem. Contact Amazon about it.

Is the expandable backplate available to purchase separately?

Hi wmg, Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your interest in Ekster! The expandable aluminum backplate is not sold separately as it's integrated with the Aluminum Cardholder. We hope this helps! If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know by reaching out to us directly -- https://amzn.to/2Uw4SxW. Your complete satisfaction is important to us, and we are always happy to help! --- Ekster Support Team

If I get a tracker, can I put it inside the card dispenser (not on the strap)?

Thank you for contacting us! Although we do not market the Aluminum Cardholder with the Tracker Card it can definitely be used together. Thus, we recommend you place the tracker under the cash band of the Aluminum Cardholder – that is the most convenient fit. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
