Have used this often since I purchased it a few months ago. It really is a great product.

Excellent product, manual lacking a bit
Made perfect beef/pork jerky with this machine. Easy to use and Surprisingly easy to clean too. I was able to easily fit 6 pounds of meat (about 1 lb per tray), excellent capacity for a relatively small oven. I Considered taking off a star because the manual is missing: 1) Any reference to the rocker power switch on the back 2) Any reference to the plastic tray and liner..... but the unit is so good, it deserves 5 stars. Others have mentioned a "cookbook", there was none in my package (is not in the description so not a big deal).

Trash! Do not buy!
Absolute garbage. I should have listened to the reviews. It arrived brand new and would not turn on at all. I tried multiple outlets. I called Gourmia customer service and they were absolute trash, acted like I was stupid bc I called instead of just returning. Do not bother buying anything from this garbage company.

Easy to use this quiet dehydrator with simple controls to get great results
Easy to use, great results making fruit rollups and dehydrating a bounty of fruit. Very quiet operation. Light weight enough I can move it around myself. Trays quick to clean, slide in and out freely. Only thing the instruction booklet did not mention was needing to turn on the power switch on the back of the unit before being able to use all the controls the booklet did cover.

I love this dehydrator. We previously had a less expensive one that was plastic and had a fan that blew hot air from the top. This machine is just better and much faster. Holds quite a bit, easy to use, good quality. I’ve used it for apples, peaches and tomatoes. Also dried orange slices to make Christmas ornaments. Very happy with this.

Simple way to get dried fruit
We are pretty happy with this little dehydrator. Not fancy but easy to use and clean. Ended up buying a stand to keep off the ground (we put it under a desk to keep it our of the way). So far we have made dried bananas, strawberries and apples - just slice thin and dehydrate overnight!
