This is my first Gigabyte laptop, because I heard lots of positive feedback from users. For the specs of this aorus x16 laptop, the price is in a good range compared to similar products, which are priced a few hundred bucks higher. It has a video card which is future proof for the next 3 to 4 years to come. I usually buy gaming laptops, as they handle speed and heat better than normal use laptops. The weight of this particular laptop is around 40% less than the one I am currently using. Before buying, I watched a lot of review videos on YouTube and they were not wrong in helping me decide to choose this particular brand and model. Very happy customer.

Fast, dependable, long battery life on iGPU, screen is fine, could be better but it works 16GB upgradable DDR5 and it works fine Fan noise level on silent when non gaming is silent, while gaming it is loud but that's to be expected since it needs to cool down Gaming experience is fine, the gpu being limited doesn't perform insanely well but it is more than capable of running every game on atleast 60fps

Hard crashing on day one. Reinstalled all drivers, Windows 10 and 11, updated BIOS and disabled Secure Boot and TPM. Windows Event Viewer only tracks power loss when having to force shutdowns. Gigabyte support was useless, could barely string together a coherent sentence asking to run a Furmark test with no follow up suggestions besides updating drivers. Ended up filing an RMA and they even made me pay for shipping at $60 with a two week turn around. I will never buy a Gigabyte product again and will suggest everyone to consider a different brand rather than saving a couple bucks.

It’s a well built machine shocked it’s not priced more expensive 🤭

This laptop started off strong for me. I was able to run Farm Simulator 2025 at max graphics well. The fan seems to work pretty effectively. The computer runs quickly and efficiently in general. The issues I’ve run into: occasionally, it randomly restarts itself without warning, while plugged in. It doesn’t like to be “put to sleep” by just closing the lid, like some other laptops. If I do this, the fan will periodically start up, as if it’s sighing in exasperation at me. Since it starts up quickly, this isn’t a big deal, but a quirk. Now, after about 2 months of use, the screen has developed two lines of dead pixels, one horizontal, and one vertical.

I’ve been using the AERO X16 for 3 months now. Pros: Beautiful, bright display with great colors and smooth response Strong performance even with some GPU wattage limits Around 100 FPS in STALKER 2 (1440p Medium, DLSS + Frame Gen on RTX 5060) Lightweight and portable Very solid battery life (about 7–8 hours light use) Can charge via USB-C power bank while traveling Good keyboard feel Great for video editing (GoPro, Insta360 files, etc.) Cons: Some backlight bleed visible on dark screens in a dark room Overall, a great balance of performance, screen quality, and portability for the price.

So far a great buy. Good battery life. Recommended to anyone.
