Okay
Looks great. A bit smaller than my other bag with supposedly same dimensions. Does not expand. I missed that in the description and too late to return.

Does Not Seem Very Durable
I ordered this suitcase because I liked the idea of being able to remove the wheels in case it measured too tall and also the locking TSA zipper. After receiving it in mail, I realized this suitcase is flimsy and I don’t think it would hold up for long. The zipper sticks and doesn’t seem made to last either. It also does not have as much internal room as my other carry ons. Best advice, spend a little more money if you want something that will last or buy a travel backpack because it would likely hold more than this.

Cute but low quality
This 20-inch luggage is super cute and definitely gets points for style, but the quality isn’t the greatest. The materials feel a bit flimsy, and I honestly don’t see it holding up well with frequent travel. That said, I got it on sale, so I don’t feel too bad about the purchase. It’ll work for light use or quick trips, but I wouldn’t count on it for anything heavy-duty.
