Happy with the purchase. Relatively affordable and they work. The only caveat is that you have to write to the side that doesn’t have the flat minus symbol. If you try to write to the wrong side, it won’t work. I believe this is because of the direction or location of the antenna inside of the fob.

Used this to write from my work I’d or hone access I’d card onto the key fob, works great. As long as you have a reader that will write you CAN WRITE TO THESE FOBS. All that came in the package worked perfectly. I even tried to get them not to work by writing different numbers over the last number, I stopped at writing over it 25 times with no errors or problems. Do yourself a favor and DONT GET THE ONES YOU THINK ARE CHEAPER AND LOOK THE SAME AS THESE. Read the reviews people, those packs of 100 for cheap are ones you can’t write onto and even if you don’t need them to write to those still have a failure rate. If you want to buy once then buy these. I wound pay a little extra for how great amazon service is anyways

Not a single fob was writeable by two separate writers. A high-powered light shows that the coil and chip are present, but it doesn't work at all.

These little key fobs are great. They program with ease and keep on working. A better ring to attach to a key ring would be my only change. Buying in bulk ensures you no longer need to pay a conniving landlord 50.00 every time the kids lose one:)
