Based in the color it doesn’t look a good matcha. Taste it’s ok.

Amazing matcha and perfect green and good taste and smell. Super smooth! It made me energetic as well without the jitters. Stays fresh in fridge !

I prepared this matcha using 60 ml of water and whisked it with a bamboo chasen. The powder mixed fairly well and produced some foam, but the color is more of a dull olive green rather than the bright, vibrant green you typically see with higher-quality matcha. The flavor is mild with very little umami. It has a slight astringency on the finish, but the bitterness is not too strong. One positive is that it does not have an overly grassy or vegetal taste, which some matcha can have. Overall, the flavor feels lighter and less rich compared to premium ceremonial matcha. Because of that, it may work better in matcha lattes, smoothies, or mixed drinks rather than drinking it straight. Overall, this matcha is okay for casual use or mixing into drinks, but it may feel a bit lacking if you’re used to richer, more vibrant ceremonial matcha.

I really like this one. I got it on sale so the price was pretty good. Compared to Crafti, my current fave, the color is less yellow and it froths up smoother. I don’t drink usucha, so I can’t fully review the taste and aroma, but for the price, it’s definitely worth trying for beginner.

This matcha was very good! It made a really nice foam on top when whisking and tastes very creamy. Keep in mind a little goes a longgg way when making this. For reference, i used about 1/2 cup of milk to make a latte and only used 1 1/2 teaspoons of matcha and the flavor was very strong:) The matcha does end on more of a vegetal/ bitter note so keep that in mind as well if you are wanting a different flavor!
