REDMOND Goat Mineral Rock on a Rope, Unrefined Salt (3-5 LB Rock)

Our goats love this mineral. It’s well balanced to supplement their grain and hay and pasture. Not a bad value for the money and does ship fast. We feed it free choice. I do wish it had some selenium in it as we are deficient in our area so I just supplement that separately. I’ve noticed healthier hair coats and better weight maintenance when I keep their mineral feeders full

I am really happy with this mineral. I offer as free choice for my goats and I find they really like it, In the past they have been picky with the mineral I offered. They clean this up. The size of the mineral mix are perfect for young and older goats. I like that is offers multiple ingredients that are needed for goat health.

My goats absolutely loved this product. I have 7 goats and they kept coming back for more. I love the rope to hang it so it doesn't get gross from sitting on the ground. Definitely going to buy another one when it runs out. Awesome size and not to heavy. It lasted quite a long time!

I have 12 Nigerian Dwarf Goats and they all love it. Not only do they get their minerals they love to play with it. I recommend this product

I got this because of the high reviews, but my goats hate it. It takes me forever to get through a bag of this, they will eat other brands much faster.

Goats are enjoying it. I dumped it all into a big bowl in the barn and they can eat it as they need. Makes it easy and no one seems to be overeating it, just enjoying it as they need to.

This is the only minerals that our goats will eat. They won’t take it from a feeder so I put it on the ground in the same place every time. They lick it right out of the dirt

My lactating goats have struggled for a few months with symptoms of mineral deficiency. I expected this to help them, but they hardly seem interested in it. I offer it free choice. I am surprised at the low copper content, and had I known prior to purchasing I wouldn't have. My goats show copper deficiency and I am searching for a different loose mineral in Canada that has a good copper content. "Master feeds" does have one and it's my next try. I hope this helps someone else who's searching for the right goat mineral. I spoke to Redmond Salt several times on the phone and they were extremely helpful. Their product just isn't what my goats need.

Bought a little over a month ago, and so far so good. The goats seem it to like it. But it’s pretty darn expensive for what I thought would be a larger bag 🤷🏽‍♀️
