I don’t believe so, nothing on the bottle or package states that it contains caffeine

Try to see if worth it because i think i'm missing something. i just bought a 24 pack for $8.99 at the grocery. is this more than one 24 pack?

No! Only worth it for those of us that let our kids have it as a treat but no store near us sells it anymore! Same 24 pack you bought.

Does this need refrigerated?

No, but once you open the bottle you should refrigerate whatever is left - taste better cold but doesn't require refrigeration
