Great solution to hormone impacted skin
I developed extremely dry body skin and seborrheic dermatitis on my face and scalp right after my hysterectomy. This serum is seb. derm. safe and has been a skin saver. I started out using it on my body. I didn't realize Urea is exfoliating and I wash with an African net sponge, so the double exfoliation made me itchier, so I've had to change what I wash with. In the winter, I layer this over a liquid toner (Anua heart leaf toner), and under body butter or body oil. This routine drastically improved my skin immediately. I read reviews before using and agree that a little goes a very long way, especially over damp skin. The problem is that the size of the pump makes only getting a little out of the bottle very difficult, so just plan to spread your pump to a larger area than you usually do with lotion. It can feel tacky for awhile if you use too much, especially layering, but I was fine with that vs the constant itching cracked dry skin. I live in Ohio which is very humid in the spring and summer, so I haven't needed to layer oil over this with the added moisture boost in the air. I have a very strong sense of smell and this is odorless on me. I've started also using this on my face after discovering it's seb. derm. safe. I transferred some to a small glass container and use a small amount on my face after cleansing and toning. The skin on my face looks better than it ever has! It's soft, supple, hydrated, and smooth and I've noticed my skin tone evening out. I was on topical prescriptions for 2 weeks on and 1 week off, and as of now, I don't need to go back to the prescription cream and ointment because I've found a great seb. derm safe facial routine that includes this serum as my last step (in the summer).

Will be buying again
I don’t know why this isn’t being advertised towards people with eczema. My kid had the absolute worst eczema that not even steroids could heal. I tried this and within a week it was pretty much healed. HIGHLY recommend. It stays on the skin longer than you would anticipate making you feel a little sticky after you put it on. But I think that’s part of the protection.

Super effective!
LOVE. Other reviewers are correct that this can feel a little sticky but I find that layering a lotion or oil on top helps reduce the stickiness. In just a week, this has greatly reduced the dryness and texture on my legs. Will definitely keep using this.

Less is more, it’s not that sticky, and hydrates nicely
I got this and was worried I’d hate it because of some of the reviews. A good amount of Naturium products have 4.5+ reviews, so for this to fall below that was worrisome. I’m glad I went for it, I love it. A little goes a long way too. No need to treat this like lotion, it’s definitely a serum. I’m not sure if many of the reviewers complaining about its stickiness have had a history with Urea lotions. I have KP and have been advised by dermatologists to use Urea lotions to help get rid of it. Most of those urea lotions are thick and very, very sticky. No matter how little you use, it’s a sticky mess and does not absorb. That’s urea for ya. Clothes stick, your sheets stick, it really sucks. I hate that feeling and just have never found a solution to my KP. Acid body washes help, but it’s that hydration factor that really helps it go away. This serum doesn’t stick like those lotions at all. Like not even close. Yes it’s stickier than a regular moisturizing lotion, but for Urea, this is great. I tried it alone, layered with their retinol lotion, and just the retinol lotion on different sections of my body on the same day. The layered route was way more hydrating. Just the serum, was still hydrating and silky feeling hours after application. Just retinol lotion, absorbed to the point where my skin feels good but I don’t feel that extra hydration I’m really looking for during the winter months. Also, this drives me crazy with reviews of fragrance free products. Fragrance free doesn’t mean the product has no smell. It just means that they didn’t add perfume aka fragrance to it. Certain ingredients have a their smell like salicylic acid or glycolic acid for example. There’s going to be a weird chemical odor to the product. That’s not fragrance. That natural smell is usually why some companies add fragrance is to mask those smells. But yeah, fragrance free will have a smell no matter what. Ok, vent over.

Nice body serum
I do like this body serum and will likely purchase it again. It makes my skin look nice, but the residual feel isn’t my favorite. It has a very light, subtle, normal skincare scent, with no obnoxious fragrance added. It is slightly thicker than what I imagine a serum to be and kind of traps in body heat, so I am left feeling a little clammy (but not sticky really) and hotter than normal after using it when the temperatures are hotter. However, I tend to not have suuuper dry skin, so this may not be an issue for drier skin that is able to absorb the product a bit better.
