If u r sensitive to caffeine,try it!
No caffeine,subtle mellow flavor good anti oxidants.personally I cold steep it over night in a clean glass jar lid closed tight for flavor.

Too mild for my tastes
It’s O.K. I was so excited to get this tea cause it had high ratings and I am drinking 2 to 3 cups of different types of tea a day and so I was hoping to add something different to my mix. I find this tea to be exceedingly mild, almost too mild. Every once in a while, I’ll get a whiff of orange, but for the most part, it tastes just like plain roiboos tea to me. Oh well, I’m still on the hunt for a good, caffeine free herbal tea that tastes great.

Tasty tea
It’s got a slight orange taste which I like. I don’t perceive any caramel taste. This tea is a nice change from plain Rooibos tea.
