Price and performance.
Great product, great price and arrived brand new with factory seal! Best bang for your buck new! Happy with purchase, but Ryzen and Dell are soldered on memory, so you cannot upgrade the memory on these Ryzen laptops.

Great peice of equipment. Affordable and surpasses my expectations with online gaming. I added a 12 fan cooler to it and its perfect.

Nice laptop. Will glitch a little under extreme pressure but otherwise would recommend for average usage and small games

Fast functional pc that should work for years!
Great for grandma! Very fast. Windows 11 loaded. Big screen. Worked right out of the box. Only thing to know is the if you have an old printer, Windows 11 may not be compatible (which may be Canons fault, but still not cool). I just bought a new wifi printer and all works great.

Horrible laptop over all
What a nightmare this has been. Yes a low price but a major headache. Slow, locks up and stops, not a good battery and really hard to read the letters and numbers. Sorry I ever purchased this, about ready to throw it at a wall. Buyer beware.

Would not recommend
I’ve only had it a few months and it’s already started blinking or flashing every few seconds. The screen looks like it’s trying to refresh itself or something. It’s super annoying.

Great laptop.
I didn’t even want a laptop because I have a tablet. But I love this little thing! It’s light, convenient, and best of all it’s so much easier to complete my coursework! Good battery life too. Love it.

Dell reliability seems good so far My 3rd Dell
Like my old Dell Vostro but refined looking & smaller. Still big enuf I'm comfortable with it. I'm Not a computer person so having another Dell was the only choice for me.

Works well and quick enough. Keyboard feels a bit cheap but jury not out on longevity.
